We had ordered a Silk saree vide order number[protected] from Meesho App but unfortunately we received a much inferior quality saree, which we immediately wanted to return. But our return number AWB R[protected]FPL was rejected by company. We raised a proper complaint with the customer care vide Ticket no[protected] on 04.10.2023. But we have not received any further communication from their end.
They have supplied an inferior quality saree against our prepaid order and now they are not taking the return as also not refunding our money. Was this information helpful? |
