Have ordered one floor lamp and dur to defective item have requested for return. Meesho cancelled our return multiple times without our consent and asked to reinitiate again. At last item was returned to them but status still showing return initiated and refund not provided yet. Made multiple complaints to their customer care. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

This is not resolved yet, I am getting calls from one of the delivery person since morning today who has my phone number and home address. He is threatening me and saying “you are lying, wait, i am coming to your house” (tum jhoot bol rhi ho, ruko, me aata hu tumhare ghar). I have requested many times to him not to call me and if possible have his supervisor on call so that I can explain and escalate situation to him. he clearly denied and said “you can do whatever you want I will see”.
