I am a regular customer of meesho, facing first time this type of issue, which is discouraging me to continue shopping.
1. My ordered saree was delivered with wrong color. Picked up in next 2 days and then my status says it's rejected on the door step.
Now how do I continue my trust on you pick up facility? Ur customer agent says I should have some proof of return. None of your products has been picked up yet with slip of return.
I return products only when the pick up guy show me his request and return product photo for confirmation on his phone.
I want my return money on the same.
2. Rakhi ordered and delivered broken and damaged. Nobody coming for pick up. Was this information helpful? |
