On 3rd May I orders 2 sets (3 t shirts in each set for 2-3 years old). I made online payment and the seller for both the products was same. On 8th of may I received notification from meesho that there will be only one package containing both sets. I received the product on 8th of may and upon opening the package I found only 1 set of 3 t shirts. I raised complaint to meesho customer care on the same day and I was told that I will receive refund in next 4-5 days. However, on 9th I received an email saying that they won't be refunding any amount and they checked things on their end. Upon calling the meesho customer care today (10th May) the representative told that you cannot do anything now as its already been checked and we rejected your request.
This thing is really daunting and I feel cheated. Was this information helpful? |
