I am writing to report an incident of fraud that I experienced with one of your delivery boys. On 23/03/2023, I placed an order through the Meesho app and received a notification that the delivery would arrive on 23/03/2023. When the delivery boy arrived, I ask to cancel my product and for that he asks me OTP and I give him my OTP, After some time, I see that my UPI Id has changed.
I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the delivery boy. Please let me know if you require any further information from me to process my complaint.
