Meesho — MEESHO FRAUD - I dont received the complete package and meesho is denying to refund my amount for not received products

I order 12 flower planters from meesho with order id[protected]_1 and I received only 6 flower planters and I also raised the concern on time with ticket id[protected] and I am not getting support on this. Please help me getting my money back or the missing items get delivered to my home please help me on this they are cheating on me please save my money from this fraud
