Complaint marked as Resolved Meesho gave me a resolution on 25 August 12022 by email:-

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We are here to assist with your query.
We understand your concern regarding the pickup but tracking details show it as canceled Order ID:- 822670415556
We will initiate a refund of Rs. 464/- shipping charges: 98/- Within 2 working days. Once initiated the amount will reflect in your bank account in 2-3 working days in the name of FashNear Technologies PVT LTD.
Kindly wait till 02 September to get the amount reflected in the registered bank account.
For your information:
* Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are non-working days.
* Manual refunds will not appear in your app's "My Payments" section. This will appear in your order section.
Note: We request to wait till the mentioned date for your refund If you reply to the mail, the refund is not processed due to technical issues.
CURRENT STATUS:- But I haven't received any refund yet. So I hope you will definitely help me.

And even before it coming I cancelled it and asked for refund.. It said wait for 5-8 days now it's been more than a week I didn't receive any refund.. The customer service just repeat same thing's.. Not helpful at all I was my refund asap or I'll sue meesho
