[Resolved]  Meesho — Meesho is not giving me my refund since last 45 days.

Hello sir/madam

I am Ranjay customer of Meesho. Sir, I did my first product shopping online through Meesho, I ordered the product on 23rd July 2022 and delivered to me on 30th July 2022. And the product that was delivered to me was completely different from the product I ordered. And that's why I sent a fresh request for return of the product on 4th August 2022 at 1:43 PM. And then the date 5th August time at 4:12 PM was picked up by the pickup boy. And at that time I was neither given any slip nor did I get any successful pickup message. When he went with the product with him. So I thought my product was returned and I would get my refund within 24 hours. And I waited for 4 days to get my refund. And when I didn't get the refund within 4 to 5days, I spoke to Meesho expert and he didn't understand my point and again raised the return request of the product even though my product was picked up on 5th August 2022 only. And then canceled the return request which was raised by mistake on the date 12 August 2022 at 5:50 PM. And on 11th August 2022 I filed a fresh complaint (Ticket ID:[protected] that my product has been pickup and I have not received refund till now. And I was given the resolution of the complaint through email on 13th August 2022 time 3:23 pm, which said that your product has not been picked up. And contact the person to whom you returned the product. And then I contacted him and he said that your product is still kept in the office, if you want, I will return it to you. So sir, I want to know from you and Meesho team that when my product was pickup on 5th August 2022 by your agent then why put it in your agent office? And why not given any update regarding it? And he telling me today that if you want, I will return it to you, then sir tell me what should I do with the product today when its return period is over? And this product is not useful for me in any way. One more question I want to know from you that if that person didn't want to pick up then why did he pick up? Therefore, I request you with folded hands that the refund of my product should be given to me at the earliest. Because it is not my fault, if it is at fault then the person who picks up the product.

Till now I have registered many complaints in Meesho but still not giving me my refund

So I kindly request you to help me get my refund. For this I will be eternally grateful to you.

Meesho gave me a resolution on 25 August 12022 by email:- Dear Ranjay, Greetings from Meesho! We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are here to assist with your query. We understand your concern regarding the pickup but tracking details show it as canceled Order ID:- 822670415556 We will initiate a refund of Rs. 464/- shipping charges: 98/- Within 2 working days. Once initiated the amount will reflect in your bank account in 2-3 working days in the name of FashNear Technologies PVT LTD. Kindly wait till 02 September to get the amount reflected in the registered bank account. For your information: * Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are non-working days. * Manual refunds will not appear in your app's "My Payments" section. This will appear in your order section. ​ Note: We request to wait till the mentioned date for your refund If you reply to the mail, the refund is not processed due to technical issues. CURRENT STATUS:- But I haven't received any refund yet. So I hope you will definitely help me. Thanks! Ranjay

I have ordered a product of ₹358.
And even before it coming I cancelled it and asked for refund.. It said wait for 5-8 days now it's been more than a week I didn't receive any refund.. The customer service just repeat same thing's.. Not helpful at all I was my refund asap or I'll sue meesho
