Meesho — Meesho isnt picking up the faulty product

Dear sir, 20 June (sunday) i had received "Your cull Multi Wind Chime Bell Shape Positive Energy Wind Chime " Invoice Num[protected]_1 Dated[protected] COD- Rs187
I found after opening of parcel broken piece of wind chime.
21 june Monday I raise return request and next day on 22 June person came for pick up. he takes photo of damage parcel and he not ready to take parcel rerurn. he said you contact with company
When contacted meesho customer care, they says after 4 to 5 days we will send pick up boy
Plse sir, take firm action against this online harassment and provide me justice.
