[Resolved]  Meesho — Meesho neither refunding not responding since last 2 months

Address:Meesho is an Online selling Portal

Meesho Ticket 55468899, parcel picked by Meesh's Courier Partner Delhivery on 24.11.2022 that is neither delivered nor returned back till date (10.02.2023).

I raised Ticket No.55468899 on 26 Dec'22 | 02:09 PM on Meeso. Initially they responded that the are taking up my matter please give us time but now a days no one from THE CHEATER Meesho is bothered to even respond my concern.

Looks like Customer executive can mark the ticket as resolved instead of the User/Buyer.
Big flaw in the website, user should be able to mark it as resolved not the Meesho company.
