Ordered Lehenga but received inferior quality and different design product.
Raised refund on same day, but there customer care is asking me to courier yourself as there current courier partner is performing delivery but not pickup. This is clear case of deficiency in service and using bad practice. They should not deliver product if they have issue in there courier.
They are already notorious in manual delivery where they take the product and say haven't received. Can you help in refund. Was this information helpful? |
