I have ordered 4 products from Meesho from a seller (Pragati Handicrafts). One was ordered on 11 March, 2023 (order I’d[protected] & other three were ordered on 12 March,[protected]. But I received only 1 product on 15 March IN A SMALL BOX WITH TAG OF ALL FOUR IDS, AND LATER THE STATUS OF DELIVERY OF ALL FOUR PRODUCTS.
How can 4 larger decoration pieces be fitted into a small box?
I raised the complaint on the same day and has been following the same with no avail.
Though I have provided all the relevant evidences to them yet Meesho rejected my claim for refund with no proper reason.
My missing orders are:
1.[protected]_1 (Pragati handicrafts lady with basket home decor- pink).
2.[protected]_1 (Pragati handicrafts lady with basket home decor- green)&
3.[protected]_2 (Pragati handicrafts dog showpiece for home decor- standing dog with plate).
I have received only 1 of the orders of[protected]_3 ( Dog showpiece for home decor showpiece- sitting dog with basket).
I have all the emails of conversations where the customer care executives have taken no pains to address my issue. They neither called me back for clarification for claim rejection, nor emailed me the details. They sent the same email time and again. I received only one call from executive Kamlesh who told me to bear all the losses as Meesho won’t help.
I have the video o[censored]nboxing the received box but it’s not uploading due to size issues. Is there any email I’d where I can send the same along with other proofs?
Kindly refund back all my hard earned money. You can take back your only delivered product with original packaging for reference.
