On February 7th 2022, I tried to make an order for a cake baking kit from the Meesho app. For the payment, I opted UPI through Gpay. The payment was initiated by Razorpay, which got my phone number and other details. Then I made the payment, in Gpay the payment showed successful status. But then it was not redirected to the Meesho app page, but stayed in Razorpay alone. I received mail that Meesho received my payment and from my bank, that money got debited. However, when I opened the app again, my order was not placed. I contacted customer care, they told me to try again and again the same thing happened. I have now lost my money two times. Twice my money has been deducted but the order was not placed. The amount I paid in one transaction is Rs.771 and for two it sums up to Rs 1542. Please provide me with a refund for this.
