I made a purchase of 5 sarees on the Meesho app, but I only received 2 of the sarees, even though the billing indicated that there were 5 sarees in the order. The order IDs for the 2 received sarees were[protected]_1 and[protected]_1, but I did not receive the sarees associated with ID[protected]_1. Upon contacting Meesho customer service, a missing complaint was registered with ticket number[protected] and they informed me that the amount(Rs.774) would be credited to my account on 31.03.2023. However, I still have not received the money. When I called Meesho again, they requested that I provide my bank statement to reveal my account details, which I am hesitant to do as it contains private information.
I would like to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
