Order of a dress dated (Order ID[protected]_1) 16th Sept git delivered on 24th Sept & had to be returned but in their app it showed undelivered till about 20-25 days (despite same getting delivered), call center execs kept saying it will get updated but it didn't get changed, finally when i tweeted about the same on 15.10.2022, they changed it to delivered and said it will get picked up and later they confirmed that refund will be initiated, but unfortunately nothing happened. It's been more than 2.5 months and they have just fooled me by giving multiple ticket nos[protected],[protected] and no refund has come yet. I had written to cos MD (Visit Atrey) as well but no action/reply from his end as well.
Such insensitive cos must be penalized, and their authority holders must be sued. Was this information helpful? |
