I ordered on 08-August-2022 garbage bag. and delivery date is 13-August-2022 but I didn't get my order on my address. And delivery boy change the status DELIVERED. I called to messo customer care at same time and complain it. She said you get your refund with in 5 to 6 business days.
Now at 19-August-2022 i called for the refund but she said you are not eligible for the refund.
NOW I DIDN'T GET PRODUCT AND REFUND. WHAT CAN I DO?
