Dear Meesho
I order Shoes Oxford Synthetic leather formal shoes as shows on web site on dated Nov. 26, 2021 and I had received the shoes on dated Dec. 05, 2021. Which are not leather shoes and different form web image, its synthetic leather shoes and not up to mark in quality.
I received an order Dec. 05, 2021 at 1.52 PM
I am initiated return with image on same day Dec. 05, 2021 at 2.19PM
Meesho app showing me messing that Pickup initiated within 2-3days Tracking Id R[protected]FPL Dec. 05, 2021, 4:46PM
I have received an call from Jaipur meesho on 7 Dec. 2021 for pick up an order at 1.15PM at office time and I requesting for day after.
08 Dec. 2021 at 12-58 PM I received in message that reverse pick up delayed and pick-up initiated within 2-3 days which I have in meesho App.
After this There is no customer care contact information shown in Meesho App and I have search out no. from Internet which is[protected] and I am tried to contact on this

But no response I am Received From Meesho after all I am search out from Meesho App customer no have option for request call back option I received call back on Dec. 20, 2021 at 13.30 and registered my Complained to return initiation with Complain no. 19716663 and return Id [protected]_1. But after completion of four days no call back or Initiation take up by Meesho.
Then again, I have chosen call back option on dated Dec.-23, 2021 at 8.30PM and wants to knew about Complained no. 1971663 and fellow told me your complained has been resolved but I told him that there is no return take-up. So he registered an new Complain on dated Dec. 23, 2021 with Complain no. [protected] for return initiation.
But after all on Dec. 27, 2021 I am received an email from Meesho that your return initiation is not possible because after 7 days there no policy to return order but dear Meesho When I am initiate same day return and Continue contact with you and due to your fault I am facing mentally and Economically problem.
Why Not I am Submitting this case in Online Customer Shopping Complain plat form
