I have ordered 4 kurtas from meesho dated 01/01/2022 (Order No. [protected]). On 05/01/2022 the order was got delivered whereas the delivery boy took the physical copy of Invoice attached to the packet stating it is a practice and he needs it for further submission. I paid Rs. 1830 through gpay to the person and took the packet.
As the kurtas were having size/ quality issues, I wanted replacement/ returns for the same but i could not place a request as the app was showing as order was cancelled. I placed a complaint to Meesho and provided them the images pf kurtas with original tags/ without damages. I also provided the payment screenshots and other information provided and asked Meesho to investigate as the product was with me whereas the status was not updated properly which was stopping me from placing replacement/ return request. I also asked Meesho to check with the delivery partner and supplier of the product regarding the whereabouts, whereas no investigation was done by Meesho. Instead they kept on asking the hard copy of invoice which was not available with me.
After placing this complaint, within few days, the status of my order shown as CANCELLED with a reason that the packet is misplaced by the delivery partner, which made this issue worse as the packet is lying with me. Even after sending all the details and evidences showing that order was delivered to me and the payment was done, Meesho did not investigate the issue even once but kept asking me original Invoice.
Now I wish to return the order and get the money back. The issue was stretched by Meesho for a month now without concluding anything. Kindly take this as a complaint and do needful. Was this information helpful? |
