I ordered two suits and they delivered me two dirty torn sarees.
I called and wrote mail to meesho on same day 17th December(with in hour) and explained the products quality. I filed return request as well with completely wrong products.
Now Meesho's pickup boy is saying that image is not matching I can't take this product . How the image will match if I received wrong products? I said to pickup boy but he refused to pick my products and mentioned wrong reason customer not contactable although he met with me.
Initially They were saying we will pick these products as soon as possible
Now Today when I again called customer care executive, he said you received garbage you have to call us within 48 hr and instead of saying wrong products you should mentioned garbage although I continuously calling Meesho on the day of delivery with full condition of products how I know this products comes under garbage or wrong products .
Again Called customer executive Today he said no your product comes under wrong product . Delivery boy will pick up this order.
All Customer executives are giving different answers . But My products are still pending for pickups
I have all the recordings and CCTV footage (how product deliver to me ) as well as full unpackaging video and call recordings (with customer care executive and pick up boy). Due to limit I uploaded videos only
