Meesho — Not received the same product but meesho customer service is taking back the product AND refunding my money back

I received missing product trouser was not there and your customer service is not taking back the product after so many complaints they are putting my call on hold for more then 28 minutes ND not responding me on time I want my money back any how and take your product back
