Hello All,
We ordered "Syon Square lock cap" from Messho on 8th Feb but delivered the wrong, damaged used product on 18th Feb. We have called customer care more than 20 times to replace or refund the money, but they take the request and arrange the Robo call for pickup. The call says do you want to rearrange the pickup or cancel, but no action from Messho team.
Are you willing to replace the product or return the money if not I will proceed with legal actions from our end. Please find attached call logs, and screenshots for your reference. Complaint Number :[protected] &[protected],
