With inline to your mail communication, please be informed that my return products for the following ID Numbers have been picked up on 14/08/2018.
1. ID[protected] Returned the product on 14/08/2018 & received the refund.
2. ID[protected] Returned the product on 14/08/2018 along with above order since the person showed both the ID No's but it has not been updated in the system. When I called the customer care they said that this product return has been cancelled on 17/08/2018. where I returned my product on 14/08/2018. The courier guy has not been given any tracking number & said that I will get a message.
Now I want to know how will I get my amount refunded for Rs. 724/- which I was prepaid against the order number :- ID[protected]
Quite upset with meesho that your team is unable to solve the issue. how can you cancel the request after the product returns. Please do the needful.
I have the mobile number of the person whom I have returned the product to. I have called & checked with him. He is telling both the ID no's product has been submitted to the team. His Mob No is [protected]/-.
Please take necessary action or else I may take this issue to the consumer court.
