I ordered kurti on 16th Oct 22, as per Meesho it has to be delivered 22nd Oct. But on 22nd Oct delivery guy from shadowfax called me for location. I have provided land mark everything. My address is within town most of courier delivered before even without call.
Disappointment 1: Delivery person not deliver, when I called evening he said today time over. So attempt tomorrow, next day onwards 3 days they do delivery attempt message but no physical action.
Disappointment 2: I have made call to Meesho and explain the situation. They promised to deliver next day. But next day too same fake out for delivery.
Cheating: After 27th Oct i called customer care for either return cash or deliver product. They are very much unfriendly, it will be processed in next 24-48hrs.
As on today 5th Nov, no cash refund or update. When I called customer care they are not responding to the point. Proposing further 2 days for refund.
It is totally unacceptable for non delivered product customer waiting for 15 days + to get refund, it is not legal obligation to Meesho to return? Customer care they do this to favor me!!!
When I ask to escalate my complaint no one willing to do, why such relactunce? Transferring call to another unknown language executive. It happened to me twice.
Twice they put my call on hold never pick again so call auto disconnect after few mins..
It is not cheating? Finally i hope one day according to your convenience you may return Cash.
Pathetic experience!!! I don't buy anything from Messho here after.
