Complaint marked as Resolved Sir, I want to placed some orders on messho, I do my payment for my order from kotak bank debit card. My payment was deducted from my account but my was not placed. When I talk with meesho customer service they said this is the bank problem and bank will give your money back and the bank customer service said that the messho will give you money back. What to do i didn't understand sir.
I shop a classy face epillator on[protected] in meesho app.my payment is done but order is not placed.l have a message my 211 rupees is debited in my federal bank account.but my order is not placed.
Please solve this issue.and I want my money back.
