Me and my friend have ordered 2 Nikon Cameras on Meesho, instead received potatoes in that place. We immediately cancelled the order in the app and also informed customer care service regarding the same. They asked us to provide the details through mail (Photos of the product), we have even sent the video while opening the product and then they asked us to wait for 3 working days for refund. But today is the 10thday but still the return product is not picked and the refund is still pending. When called the customer service several times, every time they are telling us a new reason for initiating refund. Now they came up with a new reason and asking us to cancel the order as they have initiated the cancel request from there end, but they can't process the refund as they have some technical issues.
