I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and support I received from #meesho . I placed an order and made an online payment through UPI, but I never received the product but recieved a mail that product has already been delivered. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told to wait 48 hours for a resolution, but when I followed up, I was told that there was no record of my complaint and that I had been emailed to verify a signature, which I did not receive. Additionally, after calling multiple times, I have not received a mail regarding the complaint I lodged. To make matters worse, I have still not received a refund for the product or any resolution to my issue. This has been a highly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience with #meesho.
