I am Dr. Deepa Somanath, a regular customer of MEESHO.
I placed an order of 4 packs of Liberty adult diapers (each containing 20 pieces) by SR Traders and paid Rs 2466.00 by online transaction.( Order No: [protected]) on 4th Nov 2021. But I received 4 packs, each containing 10 pieces on 14th Nov 2021. Hence I placed a request for the rest of the products to be delivered, on the same day itself.
There was no response till today. Hence I called customer care Meesho today at 3 PM, with the reply that the product has to be exchanged. Since it was a product to be used by elderly and that too diapers and the reply was taking time, the delivered products have been used.
My request is that either the rest of the products (4 packs, each containing 10 pieces) be supplied or a refund of Rs 1233.00 to be initiated.
I am a regular customer of MEESHO.I trusted this and ordered this product for my elderly mother thinking that the delivery and service of MEESHO is hassle-free than any other online shopping sites. I am extremely unhappy by the rude response by the customer care and that forces me not to recommend this site to any of my friends in my circle in the future.

I hope the authorities will act and solve this problem in a fair way as early as possible.
