My order number is [protected], Complaint number is 12985424. Please try to understand the main issue i.e. when you people reflected the 570 rupees on 22 July on that period, the number which i have added is "****************", This is the my Atm card number which i entered by mistakely . Moreover, the amount which you credited on 22 July cannot be added to my atm card, so that amount has not been credited to my account yet.
The correct bank account number is "***********" . So kindly refund this account.
Kindly request for a refund As soon as possible. I have already checked "my payments" in my app and yet no response from your side.
I have even asked the same in my bank branch, even though they said that it has not been credited, please try to contact meesho itself, they said.
