Hi Team,
I have ordered a prepaid product with ₹371 and it was marked as delivered on 15th aug but I have not received any product.
Upon checking with meesho support team they asked me to wait for 7days to address this issue but when I checked with support team on the same they were saying to wait again for 7 day's.
This issue happened for 2nd time 1st time they took around 10days and after continuous following up they refunded the amount but now on 2ns occasion again same thing happened.
I hope someone from meesho platform is involved in some kind of fraud on prepaid orders and meesho is not taking care of it.
It is affecting the consumers and violation of consumer rights.
Kindly look in to this issue and order the appropriate compensation for the trouble i faced.
