I had placed a prepaid order for dress in meesho. Without even delivering that item, they updated order (Order ID[protected]_1) as delivered on aug 17. I contacted meesho support on aug 17th about that. They just gave me an eye wash that they will refund me in 3-4 days. They irresponsibly closed my complaint without any refund. I called them several times, sent mails several times.I emailed my bank statement also but no use at all and i was mailed an automated response that they will update in 48 hours. Already a month over and till date I haven't got any refund from them. Such a fraud company meesho is and their customer care service is just disgusting.i need refund from them asap.
