Prepaid order placed on 23rd December 2022 and on 31st December. 2022 order status shown as product delivered.
We have not received any order, nor any courier services contacted us and we have not shared any OTP also.
We raised a complaint on 1st January 2023, since then we are getting answer as after 48 hours issue will be resolved, daily we are calling customer service and getting same answer,
without providing any OTP how the product will be delivered

A thorough investigation confirmed that the delivery executive delivered your order on (31 Dec, ) with an OTP-based authentication method.
During an OTP-based delivery, the delivery executive will only hand over the parcel after verifying the OTP sent to your mobile number. Having received the OTP, the delivery executive has delivered the order.

Now no one is responding to my issue and intentionally disconnecting my call.
