Meesho — Prepaid Refund Initiated Not Reflecting In the account (Cancelled)

My Name is Diksha Syal. The order was cancelled by the supplier himself. I have't received my refund since last 15 days. The following are the details.

As per Meesho, the refund is already processed on 20 feb, 2023 however i haven't received same. I also registered the complaint on meesho customer care with ticket no.[protected] but no resolution is there from there end.
