I was ordered Aerosilver-Merchant Silver Glider Air Purifier which is one quantity. In the order they mentioned that it comes with perfume bottle with spray cap in the images.

Ordered on 22nd October 2023.
Received it on 28th October 2023 with partial product accessories (There is no spray bottle cap).
I was initiated a Exchange on same day because it is not allowing me for return request.
The product today (8th November 2023) received again with missing Spray bottle cap.
I reached out to Customer care and they said that, they can't do the needful because it is not under return policy.
I need full refund for the product. I am ready to return the product. Please do the needful.
