My product got misplaced/ delivered on 11th of September but I didn't get the order. I was unaware of the product delivered status. So, when I tried to check the status of my product on 13th September. It was already delivered on 11th September. I filled complaint on 13th September 12pm to meesho. But meesho team filled complaint with wrong information in there ticket history. Again on 15th I complaint, were they informed me that my complaint was filled with other issues & I didn't raise the complaint within 48 hours, hence can't we solve. I was asked to wait for 48hours again but again they were giving excuses with some other points. And was asked to wait 48 hours. Again today I raise complaint. But this time they are saying I didn't raise complaint on 13th September. And there is no solution on this.
I have all the prove of complaint i.e call recordings.
