I have order a product with the name of Jewelry set with product ID[protected]. which was cancelled from the company Meesho and today i.e 23/01/2023 the same product got delivered at my address C/o M Saileja Kumari, Kendriya sadan B Block, Ranchi Basti, Lamba Line Port Blair A&N Island Pin-744103 .Through ECOM EXPRESS - ID[protected], after knowing that I have received wrong product I immediately called upon the customer care with the same query asking for the refund or replacement of product they told me ''Company cannot do anything on this issue neither for refund nor the replacement of my product.
