[Resolved]  Meesho — Product not delivered but updated as delivered

Since December 31st every day we are calling meesho about this issue our order is not delivered we have not shared OTP with anyone, they are not trying to understand,
Why don't they enquire the so called delivery person who updated,
And no one is responding properly and not connecting to greivance officer also.

Prepaid order placed on 23rd December 2022 and on 31st December. 2022 order status shown as product delivered.
We have not received any order, nor any courier services contacted us and we have not shared any OTP also.

We raised a complaint on 1st January 2023, since then we are getting answer as after 48 hours issue will be resolved, daily we are calling customer service and getting same answer,
When will that 48 hours will complete and without providing any OTP how the product will be delivered
Now no one is responding to my issue and intentionally disconnecting my call.

We apologize for the trouble you are having with your Order ID[protected] AWB number [protected].
A thorough investigation confirmed that the delivery executive delivered your order on (31 Dec, ) with an OTP-based authentication method.
During an OTP-based delivery, the delivery executive will only hand over the parcel after verifying the OTP sent to your mobile number. Having received the OTP, the delivery executive has delivered the order.
Please check your inbox (SMS) received on (31 Dec, ) from (Xpress Bees).
In light of all of the above, we consider this matter resolved. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

We have paid money for the product, we are not getting for free, without delivering the product howcome they say product delivered, and you will be having all the call records check them if any courier agent contacted us or not, and we have not shared any OTP with anyone, after 11 days this is the mail we received.
Hope you will resolve my issue as soon as possible.
