Meesho — Product not received for the order placed in April

I had placed an order on 17.4.2022 worth Rs.651. It shows that the order was expected to be delivered to me on 1.5.2022. I made multiple calls, sent emails to Meesho and have still not received the order or the refund. Either they disconnect my calls or or ask me to wait for 3-4 days. Till date I have not received any resolution of this. Kindly check and help me with this.
