I regret to inform you that im not at all happy with the investigation done from meesho side for the product number [protected] ordered on 25th February has not been received by me..
As per the email, i hereby state that i have not received any call from the delivery boy nor have i given the otp to the delivery boy.
Since it was a holiday on 1st march on account of Mahashivaratri, our security has confirmed that he has not received any courier on that day... Further i have checked the CCTV footage which states that the delivery was not done on that day.
Kindly check with the delivery boy s call records and the otp no...
Even i can provide all the necessary details from my side
