I had ordered a wooden toy horse from Meesho on 28th December 2021. Order number is [protected]. It was delivered to me on 3rd January 2022. The site did not update the date to 3rd January 2022 and instead marked the order as delivered on 6th January 2022.
Since the toy was broken, I raised a return request for same. The return was picked up next day and the person did not give the pick up slip stating he does not have one. He took the toy and went away.
Meesho then updated the status of the product as Return Cancelled.
When I raised complaint to their customer care, they said they have raised a complaint (Number:[protected] and asked me to follow up in 2 days.
I have been following up since then. Every time when I follow up they ask me to call after 2-3 days. Today when I called, they are not ready to tell me status of my complaint.
They made me wait for 30 mins on call but did not give any update. They were not ready to disconnect the call from their end since the feedback will have to be recorded and they didnt want 2.
They are trying to harass the consumer. They picked up the toy and then marked return as Return Cancelled. After this they are not telling me the status of my refund.
