Meesho — Received Damaged & partial product, no customer support

I ordered a product on 19 March and got it delivered on 29 march 2022.

The product is White Board along with a duster and marker.
But have received only white board, marker and duster are missing.

Even the white board is damaged on the corners.
The product is shhowing as non-returnable and non-exchageable.
I raised the issue with customer support on the same day.

I have sent dozens of mail with attachments of product and invoice, but till now now resolution given,
I have talked to customer care multiple times, everytime they are saynh wait for 2-3 days, but no resolution given.
Worst product and worst customer support.
I want my refund for the product immediately.
