I ordered a saree from meesho and an empty package has delivered. I asked delivery executive to take it back but the person refused to take and asked me to raise compliance. I got cheated, I don't know who did this? Is seller made the mistake or the delivery partnership? Meesho is not ready to deliver the product order or reimbursement. I contacted several times to meesho support and approached via social media platform Twitter and shared the video proof as well but I got the below response:
"We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept your claim that you have received Garbage & Empty Box for Order ID:[protected].
We regret to inform you that your claim is not eligible for reimbursement. After a thorough review, we have determined that your claim does not meet our established criteria and guidelines for claim resolution and reimbursement.
