I ordered a chikankari kurta set from meesho on 14 july 2023. It got delivered yesterday. And on opening the package i got a saaree in it...that too a torn and stained saree. I contacted messho help centre immediately but it was of no use. She asked me to call 2 hours later. I called them in the evening again. He told me to initiate the normal return process with thw wrong product received option. I did it but today morning the delivery man rejected the pickup. I contacted help centre again and he told me if my return section in the app doesn't show 'product missing in the package' option..they can't help me. I updated the app and initiated return with 'didn't receive the product' and added images of the saree. But it wasn't showing on the app when i clicked check status. I repeated the whole process again but still it wasn't showing up. Please help me.
