Myself punith, I ordered some item from meesho on 23rd July and I received the wrong item then I request for the exchange but again I received the wrong item then I requested to return the product but the pickup guy is not taking the product telling that it's completely different product from what I ordered and this time i recorded the video while opening the package and I told him that I have a video but he is not ready to listen. Two times he refused to pickup the product then I called customer care number he's just telling me to reinitiate the return request. So I am writing this mail hoping that this issue will get resolved. I am uploading my invoice so u can go through it for order id and other details.
