Meesho — Received Wrong Products

I ordered this product on 7th April and received it on 11th April at 12 pm. But the product was wrong. My order was embroidery gathering anarkali kurta but I received only one piece white pants. Then I applied for a return policy on that day at 1 pm and I received notification that they will pick up on the 14th April. 14th to till date they have not picked up the product. The delivery boy came but he didn't pick up because he was unable to match between the original product pic and my received product. The last update as per 18th April is they canceled my request. I contacted the customer care executive but they refused to solve my problem and now I can't contact them.

Faced the same problem like my previous order. I received only one piece of blue scarf where my order was a designer stitched kurta & dupatta set.
I want my money back.
