Dear meesho team,
I have order two Kurtis from Aagyeyi pretty women kurta sets from JAI PURIA kurti company through the meesho. I have ordered on 20 September 2022.
But i received wrong products which was not ordered me (images are included with this mail) . I have initiated return pickup so many times but the pickup boy not yet came to my residence and cancelled my order return pickup.
Till today i had approached to meeshow customer care 5 times, they are saying that the pickup boy will come and collect your product. But no one came to pick it up simply rejecting the pickup.
I had given complaint on meeshow customer care but no use same. When I am approaching the customer care simply they are escaping.
This kind of your worst customer service people like me are suffering a lot. If you haven't pickup my order within 12 hours i will approach consumer court or police station i already said this thing during the Phone call with your customer care people.
