almost 4 month complete but still till date refund amount not received
I have returned item un consent order to meesho on 02 0ct – 2022 * They promised they will process refund next day that is 11th oct 2022 **. No refund processed. After couple of days we contacted them and they said refund already processed. After an small argument they asked me to send bank statement in PDF format. Upon their request I have sent statement and password for that PDF file. After that I have contacted them almost *-* times and dropped *-* emails. They won't respond properly. Every time they say we will process refund in *- days. It's been almost ** days. Now when I'm contacting them, they are disconnecting my call in the middle of discussion. This is the worst experience from meesho
They disconnected my call for * times in the middle of the discussion.
I don't understand why they are not able to process refund for my order **** even after I have sent you them bank statement with password.
