I do reselling on meesho. I have ordered 3 quantity of silver bowl set each 157/- ( in total 471/-)

The order was placed on 10th October, 2022. And they delivery was made on 18th October, 2022 where they send only on quantity product which is also a wrong product of what i ordered.
So i called in meesho to take back the wrong item and send me 3 quantity of correct product for which my customer paid in cash the full amount including my margin (471+219= 690/-). They refused to deliver me 3 quantity products as only one was delivered to me so they asked me to place exchange for one product that came wrong and the other 2 quantity that didn't came for that money will be refunded to me by 27th October, 2022, which is 314/-.
But after 27th October also they did not send me the money and not even till now, after complaining they are sending me mail and saying they have paid me 182/- on 25th July which is wrong and makes no sense because the order was placed on 10th October, surprisingly they r just trying to avoid the mistake and not paying me my refund back. Also they send another mail saying they paid 157 to me on 19th October which is a complete nonsense they r trying to play as the order that got delivered first time was on 18th October and i complained the same day and they send me mail that they wl refund 314/- of other 2 quantity by 27th October. Also the stories they make do not even make sense as my refund amount is 314/-.
The company send wrong product to customer they mostly cancel delivery themselves you can check my account where i have pendings of complaints. And this time they r not refunding my money also. So i had to complain here.
