Ordered a dress online from meesho ( online shopping platform) for a person aged 28 years and they pranked by delivering a dress of a little kid.
When i requested a return and refund... Their customer support is also worst.. They didn't helped me they didn't listened rather they everytime end call half way... And they give new new excuses daily and delayed pickup everytime... This is not the matter of money But the matter of trust that they (meesho) broke. Please help me by resolving the matter. I will never ever buy from there again.
