And as I've also shared screenshot earlier, I need a resolution with next 24hrs. Alraedy waited 10 days and still there's no resolution from your side. I've also tried contacting the customer care but they won't even talk. Is this the way to treat your customer. I need this issue to be highly escalated and need a reply as soon as possible. I am literally fed up with how you treat your customer.
As I've also texted shadowfax courier company, they too clearly said that my product was picked up and sent me the tracking link. But you people can't see that or what ?
