[Resolved] Meesho — Refund not received for missing Item | |||
I had ordered 2 Kurtis from Meesho in Feb'23 whereas I recieved only one qty on 3rd march'23. On the same day, I have registered complaint, but irrespective of several mails and phone calls, I am always provided24-48 hours and neither refund nor any action has been taken, It is now going to be one month from 3rd march. Mar 31, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved the company is only sending me emails to wait for 24-48 hours (from 3rd March onwards) and same thing is conveyed over phone also.
