I received two unconsented orders from Meesho. I contacted Meesho's Customer Care and the same was confirmed by Meesho's Customer Care Executive and they raised a Complaint Id[protected] on 15 August 2022 against the order numbers[protected],[protected] worth Rs. 642 and Rs. 712 respectively. They assured me that the refund shall be initiated after the unconsented orders shall be picked up from my doorstep and the same shall be reflected in my bank account within 3-4 working days. The orders were picked up from my doorstep on 22 August 2022 and after the pickup Meesho's Customer Care Executive confirmed my bank details via telephonic conversation and assured me about the refund. However, I have not yet received the refund. I tried calling Meesho's Customer Executive and they asked me to share my bank account statement with them. I have shared my bank account statement with them via mail thrice and it clearly shows that I have not yet received the refund. Meesho is now not responding to my mails and meesages.
